Nursing Home Accusations Continue

At one nursing home the Attorney General’s Office is looking into accusations that a male employee had done inappropriate things with a female resident. The employee was a registered nurse and had been working at the hospital and filling in at the nursing home. The nursing home did not fire the employee after the alleged sexual accusations, despite the reports of the alleged elderly abuse. The man had touched the breast and pubic hair of the individual. The ombudsman was contacted in the nursing home abuse case. There are also allegations of billing irregularities at the nursing home. The lab results did not seem to correlate with the correct amount of billing. To read more about the nursing home irregularities, please click the link.
