Former caretaker gets 33 year sentence for raping elderly victim

A former caretaker committed serious elder abuse and received a criminal sentence for it. He was found guilty of raping and sodomizing a mentally disabled woman when she was 70 years old. He was sentenced to 400 months in prison. The elderly woman had suffered brain injuries in her twenties from a car accident that killed her husband.
