Cleveland nursing home employee indicted for nursing home resident’s death

An Ohio grand jury indicted a former nursing home employee last week accused of killing a nursing home resident. Witnesses saw the nursing home abuse as the former nursing home employee push a resident and watched him fall. The fall caused the nursing home resident to suffer a skull fracture and broken neck. These injuries led him to suffer a heart attack. If convicted, the former nursing home employee could face up to life in prison.
