Nursing Home Lawsuit filed against Illinois Nursing Home for Neglgect and Wrongful Death

Nursing home abuse and neglect attorneys Levin & Perconti filed a nursing home negligence suit against a Nursing home near Chicago, Illinois for the wrongful death of Mr. Joseph Pazera. Mr. Pazera received negligent nursing home care and treatment from Lexington of Orland Park. Mr. Pazera’s family, his wife, and his children trusted the nursing home to provide adequate care to their husband and father. On numerous occasions, however Mr. Pazera’s family found him left without oxygen he needed, without proper hygiene care and found that nursing home theft had occurred. While under the care of Lexington of Orland Park the nursing home transported Mr. Pazera to a local hospital but in transit the nursing home failed to provide Mr. Pazera with his oxygen. As a result of the negligent care and treatment Mr. Pazera received Mr. Pazera passed away. Survived by his family and friends a lawsuit has been filed against the nursing home by Levin & Perconti.
