Death of Elderly Woman Ruled Homicide
The death of a 90 year old woman that passed away in early June has been ruled a homicide due to neglect. She was checked into a hospital for malnutrition and infected bed sores but died shortly after being admitted because her condition was so bad. The details as to who was taking care of her when this neglect occurred and whether a wrongful death suit will be filed are still not known.
