Ex-Nursing Home Owners Admit Neglect

Two brothers who owned a nursing home have plead guilty to charges of medical assistance fraud, conspiracy, embezzlement, and neglect of patients. The brothers have admitted to using Medicaid funds for personal use, instead of spending them on nursing home care. As a result, they failed to provide their nursing home residents with food, medicine, bed linens, and sanitary conditions.
