Nursing home employees infected with tuberculosis

Due to an installation error, the air conditioning unit at a West Virginia nursing home allegedly allowed seven of the facility's employees to become infected with tuberculosis.The nursing home employees are suing the facility for liability by claiming that working at the home allowed them to be exposed to the highly contagious and potentially deadly disease. The disease traveled from the quarantined tuberculosis wing through the air conditioning system.
