Nursing home TB lawsuit filed
Seven nursing home employees who tested positive for TB are suing the state-run nursing home. The nursing home lawsuit alleges that the nursing home allowed bacteria from the highly contagious disease to escape an isolation ward when it installed wall air conditioning units in 2001, allegedly exposing the workers to the potentially deadly disease.
