Illinois Nursing Home Abuse Blog

Mar Ka nursing home in Mascoutah, Illinois and corporate owner Community Care Centers are being sued by a resident of the home who claims that she was assaulted and robbed of her wedding ring, among other charges. Other examples of abuse and neglect alleged by the resident are that the home failed identify and treat her injuries, failed to notify authorities of assault, battery and robbery and investigate these claims and also a general failure to meet Illinois and federal requirements.
