Wrongful death lawsuit filed against Ohio nursing home after nursing home fire
The five sons of an Ohio woman who died because of burns sustained in a fire at an Ohio nursing home have sued the nursing home in a wrongful death lawsuit. The sons of the 79 year-old victim seek $8,000 for funeral expenses and undetermined amounts for medical bills, pain, suffering and other losses to the family.
