Nursing home employee charged with theft from nursing home residents
A 34 year-old woman has been charged with stealing approximately $4300 from residents at a Tennessee nursing home where she was employed as a bookkeeper in a recent case of nursing home abuse. According to a release, it is believed that she stole money from 11 separate residents. The former nursing home employee was arrested by the Medicaid Fraud Control Unit.
