Murder suspect moved to nursing home
An Oklahoma City man charged in a quadruple homicide was declared incompetent to stand trial due to a brain injury from a motorcycle accident after the homicide. He was recently moved from jail to a nursing home. Nursing home officials state that he is being kept in a secure unit for patients with Alzheimer’s. The man is charged with conspiracy and first degree murder in the May 2005 shooting deaths of four people in southeast Oklahoma City.
