Family sues nursing home company for Illinois nursing home abuse
The family of an 81 year-old is suing the nursing home company for Illinois nursing home abuse, alleging it placed residents in a “dangerous environment.” This nursing home abuse lawsuit was filed last week by Levin & Perconti. The 81 year-old died earlier this month from brain trauma suffered in the fall at the Illinois nursing home. Her death remains a city homicide investigation.
