Another body exhumed in Illinois nursing home abuse investigation
Authorities today exhumed another body as part of their investigation into a former nursing home employee who police believe administered fatal doses of morphine to patients. The body exhumed was that of an 84 year-old male resident who died in August 2004 at the Illinois nursing home.
Illinois state police started an investigation last year into the Illinois nursing home abuse. Last month, officials exhumed the body of a 78 year-old woman whose family is represented by Steven Levin of Levin & Perconti.
