Nursing home death in Cicero ruled homicide
A 76 women was pronounced dead at Alden Town Manor after being found dead with a plastic bag wrapped around her head.
The facility has received a number of health violations in each of its last three inspections by the Illinois Department of Public Health, including 16 in February. The facility has not been fined for those violations.
