Failure to report sexual abuse at Chicago Nursing Home Lakeview Living Center
Lakeview Living Center, a Chicago nursing home was fined for staff’s failure to immediately report an incident of sexual abuse to the administrator. By waiting two days before reporting the incident and placing the resident on one-to-one monitoring, residents of the facility were left at risk for being sexually abused.
