Carelessness of Illinois nursing home leads to resident death at Redwood Manor
At Redwood Manor, an Illinois nursing home, A resident identified as at risk for suicide, who had a history of suicide attempts was able to enter a janitor’s room which was not locked properly and drink a container of cleaning disinfectant. He died shortly later.
