Chicago nursing home abuse at International Village
Two nurses aides at Chicago nursing home International Village witnessed nursing home abuse when an employee continuously slamming a resident into a wall and cursing at the resident. The incident was not reported immediately and the employee continued to have direct contact with the resident for at least two day after the incident.
