Alden Town Manor pays $200,000 to settle nursing home negligence case

Today Attorney Jeffrey E. Martin of Chicago law firm Levin & Perconti achieved a $200,000 settlement in a nursing home lawsuit against Alden Town Manor. Martin represented the family of a 79-year old nursing home resident who was badly neglected in the Illinois Alden facility and eventually died from complications of her injuries.
